Effect of Ultraviolet Aging on the Bonding and Tensile Properties of Polymer-Cement Composite

In this paper, the specimens of polymer-cement composites after 1 d, 7 15 and 30 d aging without UV are subjected to fixed extension test tensile test. By observing mode composite in fixed-elongation test, measuring elastic recovery rate, strength, elongation at break, peak strain, toughness pre-peak composite, effects on bonding properties were studied. And combining with scanning electron microscopy experiments, micro-mechanism effect ultraviolet was analyzed. The results showed that had a good property, no damage observed for days. increased rate within certain range. strain by 6.60% 23.55% respectively Therefore, could enhance property energy consumption performance composite. strength 65.36% 43.29% 101.83% break decreased continuously due photo-oxygen reaction, as well secondary hydration reaction cross-linking curing cement.
